Delivery Times & Prices

Orders for ID cards placed before 3.00pm, Monday to Friday are usually despatched the same working day. We may offer a variety of delivery options that have different delivery timescales, which are shown during the checkout process where applicable.

The delivery price for your order, along with alternative delivery options if available, can be reviewed at the checkout. For some products and services the delivery price may be affected by the number and / or weight of the items you are ordering.

Delivery times and prices to international destinations will vary. Please contact us if you need further information about delivery times and prices to your part of the world.

Damaged Items

If any items or their packaging are visibly damaged on arrival, you must indicate this on the courier’s delivery note accordingly. You must also contact us to report the damage within 7 working days.

Damaged items must be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation.

Once we have received a returned item we will issue a replacement, or we will issue a full refund to you via your original payment method and we will reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs.

Faulty Items

If any item is found to be faulty on arrival, you must contact us to inform us of the fault within 28 calendar days.

Faulty items must be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation.

Once we have verified the fault we will issue a replacement, or we will issue a full refund to you via your original payment method and we will reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs.

We test returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty by us we will return the item to you, and you will be liable for the return carriage.

Warranty Periods

If any item develops a fault more than 28 calendar days after receipt, then provided your item is within any manufacturer’s warranty period, you will be entitled to a warranty repair.

All warranty repairs after 28 days of receipt should be referred directly to the manufacturer unless otherwise stated.

Distance Selling Regulations

In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR), you may be entitled to change your mind about any item received and return it to us, provided you contact us to inform us of your decision within 10 calendar days of receipt.

Please note the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) has some limitations and the policy does not apply to some business customers.

Once you have informed us that you wish to return goods under the DSR, you have 28 calendar days to do so, at your own expense.

Items being returned under the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) must be returned unused and ‘as new’ in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation.

Once the item is received by us we will issue a full refund for the item to your original payment method.

Returning Items

In all cases, if you plan to return an item to us you must contact us before returning the item to arrange the return of your item to us.
